Pulsar maintains a long-standing partnership with Tirolez, one of the largest and most traditional cheese industries in Brazil. This history began more than ten years ago, when we advised the company's partners in a process of strengthening corporate governance and building a structured strategic plan for expansion, development and business continuity.
Throughout this period, Pulsar also supported the company in evaluating strategic opportunities, including potential acquisitions and eventual interactions with investors. We actively participated in the company's board for approximately six to seven years, contributing to the professionalization of management and the implementation of the strategic plan we helped structure.
More recently, due to the trust built throughout this journey, Pulsar advised Tirolez in a strategic transaction: the acquisition of Levitare, a brand recognized for its buffalo milk products. This transaction, whose strategic thesis had been discussed for nearly a decade, was structured and executed with our support at every stage — from evaluation and strategy definition to the transaction negotiations.
The acquisition allowed Tirolez to significantly expand its portfolio, entering the buffalo milk cheese segment with a brand of great quality and strong market reputation, while also incorporating a company with culture and values aligned with those of Tirolez.
