GRUPO RAYMUNDO DA FONTE ACQUIRES IPLASA | CANDURA

We advised Grupo Raymundo da Fonte (a reference in the manufacturing of cleaning products, personal hygiene and condiments, with revenues of approximately R$ 1.25 billion), over 24 months, with the goal of strengthening an expansion strategy aimed at growth outside the Northeast.

We initiated the expansion of the project and after numerous contacts and client searches, we found Iplasa, which leads the São Paulo market in bleach and non-chlorinated cleaning products through the Candura brand.

The acquisition is part of the execution of the strategic plan developed in 2020, outlining actions for the group to double in size by 2025, through operational growth and acquisition of competing assets.
